Job Title: Hr Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee records, documentation, and compliance.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as required.
- Support Team in day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree , Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
