Implement and monitor the Performance Management System. Assist in setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback sessions. Coordinate with managers to ensure timely appraisals and performance reviews. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee feedback sessions.Plan and implement employee recognition programs to reward top performers.Maintain records of awards and recognitions given to employees.Manage the employee exit process, ensuring smooth offboarding.Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).Handle registrations, renewals, and legal filings related to HR compliance.Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.Ensure full and final settlements are processed in coordination with the finance team.
