• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

• Maintain and update candidate database

• Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets

• Build and guide her own small team for recruitment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (2–3 years preferred)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Must have a laptop/mobile with internet access

• Ability to manage time and work independently
