1. Identify the SME/Trainer/Consultant based on business team request
2. Connect with trainers on professional networking sites
3. Negotiate on the business deliverables / technical trainings
4. Update the trainer database in CRM
5. Keep the CRM updated with every activities
6. coordinate with clients/project team on trainer evaluations
