Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent primarily for internal roles, with a smaller focus on external recruitment. A strong understanding of recruitment platforms like Naukri and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment:
• Source potential candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri), social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage 80% internal hiring and 20% external hiring efficiently.
• Internal Hiring:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify internal talent needs.
• Facilitate internal job postings and manage employee referrals.
• External Hiring:
• Handle external hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Candidate Management:
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Provide regular reports on hiring progress and metrics
