HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.

• Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.

• Support in drafting job descriptions, job ads, and other HR-related documents.

• Help in arranging interviews and facilitating communication with candidates.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team with various tasks.

• Research HR trends and best practices to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment (internships or coursework) is a plus but not mandatory.
