HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with a primary focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in line with our company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

• Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

• Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and best practices.

• Experience with social recruiting and employer branding.

• Understanding of labor laws and HR policies is an added advantage.
