Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and attendance tracking
Manage HR records, leaves, and internal communications
Support in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Prepare and process employee payroll and reimbursements
Maintain day-to-day financial records and supporting documentation
Generate invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable
Assist in GST, TDS filings and ensure tax compliance
Coordinate with external vendors, accountants, and auditors
Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist in budgeting
Ensure adherence to HR and accounting policies and standards
Candidates with B.Com, M.Com, MBA (HR/Finance), or related qualifications
Prior experience or internship in HR or Accounting roles preferred
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage both HR and Finance responsibilities efficiently
Proficient in MS Office, basic accounting software, and payroll processing tools
