·Responsible for permanent and temporary staffing
·Understanding requirements which received by carious clients for their manpower positions
·Sourcing profiles as per the job description using through job portals like Naukri.com,
Shine.com, LinkedIn, work India.
·Briefing candidates regarding the Job Description and company profile.
·Scheduling Interviews, Follow-up with candidate gets on board.
·Handling field recruiter’s team, Share requirements with them.
·Screening on profiles which the team has shared. & Help to achieve their targets on a
monthly basis.
·Taking review meeting with team on a weekly basis.
·Maintain the database.
