We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage offer roll-out, background verification, and onboarding processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support the performance appraisal process and provide feedback mechanisms.
Work with managers to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Identify training needs and assist in organizing development programs.
Collaborate with trainers and external agencies to conduct workshops.
✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
✅ 2-5 years of HR experience (preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and MS Office tools.
