Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
Handle new hire documentation and onboarding formalities.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a healthy and engaging work environment.
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Support HR audits and compliance with labor regulations.
