Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring all required documentation is completed and employees are integrated smoothly into the team.
Employee Relations & Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Foster positive employee relations and promote a healthy, productive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in managing performance appraisals, ensuring timely reviews, and offering support to both employees and managers during performance evaluations.
Support employee development initiatives through training, coaching, and continuous feedback.
HR Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and audits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
