Role : HR Executive - Recruitment HR recruiters have many responsibilities, including: Finding candidates: HR recruiters search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach. They may also use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. Creating recruitment plans: HR recruiters design recruitment strategies, advertise job openings, and join career fairs. Screening candidates: HR recruiters review job applications, resumes, and cover letters to find the best candidates for the job. Interviewing candidates: HR recruiters set up and conduct interviews to determine if a candidate is a good fit for the job. Interviews can be in person, via video, or by phone. Onboarding new hires: HR recruiters are responsible for onboarding new hires. Maintaining candidate records: HR recruiters maintain records of candidates.
