HR Executive

Administrative Duties:

 Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

 Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.

 Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 Maintain company records, files, and databases with confidentiality and accuracy.

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.

HR Duties:

 Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

 Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance the work environment.

 Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.

 Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.

 Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.

 Conduct performance reviews and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.

 Organize team-building activities and company events to foster a positive work culture.
