We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, appraisals, contracts, etc.)
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and manage employee engagement programs and activities.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism.
Process payroll and ensure timely disbursal of salaries.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and statutory requirements.
Support performance evaluation processes.
Organize training & development initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (Fresher with good knowledge may also apply).
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
