The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Sourcing Candidates:
Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Use creative strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a clear understanding of the role and candidate profiles.
Interviewing:
Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
Assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers after interviews.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, attractive, and aligned with the company’s brand and culture.
Manage and update job boards, recruitment websites, and social media channels regularly to attract top talent.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process is aligned with department goals.
Advise hiring managers on best practices, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
Ensure the timely filling of positions while maintaining the quality of candidates.
Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring they are engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Provide a great candidate experience by communicating regularly with candidates and being responsive to their inquiries.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all relevant terms and conditions are communicated clearly.
Coordinate the offer process, including background checks and reference checks.
Employer Branding:
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to enhance employer branding.
Contribute to promoting the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline status.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or staffing agency environment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and techniques, including sourcing and interviewing.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidates critically and effectively.

Experience with social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
