✅ Payroll Processing:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

• Verify employee attendance, working hours, and payment calculations.

• Manage payroll Excel and maintain up-to-date payroll records.

✅ Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory deductions.

• Prepare payroll tax returns and coordinate with finance teams.
