Position: HR Executive
Location: Andheri East, Nr WEH Metro station
Salary Range: Based on experience and qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain employee records and generate HR reports as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, recruitment, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
