Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HRMS regularly.
Coordinate induction programs for new employees and manage exit formalities.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other inputs.
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and liaise with labor consultants.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts, performance appraisals, and documentation.
Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.) for management.
Work with various departments to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
