Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage our HR Consulting firm, which specializes in Training and development, Manpower Supply, Payroll Management, and HR Policy Deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, client acquisition, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Solutions & Service Delivery
· Oversee training, recruitment, staffing, and contract hiring operations.
· Ensure efficient payroll processing,
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, etc.).
· Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and performance management frameworks for clients.
· Manage corporate training programs, leadership development, and skills enhancement initiatives.
2. Business Development & Client Management
· Identify opportunities for HR solutions, staffing, payroll services, and training programs.
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
· Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, service bundling, and value addition.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure adherence to labour laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
· Manage legal documentation, employee contracts, and dispute resolution.
· Keep updated with HR regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly.
4. Operations & Team Management
· Lead and mentor trainers and recruiters.
· Optimize processes for efficiency, accuracy, and timely service delivery.
· Implement HR technology solutions for payroll, performance tracking, and compliance.
5. Financial & Profitability Management
· Manage budgets, control costs, and track profitability metrics.
· Develop pricing models and contract terms for sustainable business growth.
· Enhance operational performance. efficiency. and reduce service delivery costs.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Management, or related field.
· Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR Consulting, Payroll, Recruitment, or Training with leadership experience.
· Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, payroll structures, and manpower planning.
· Ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring service quality.
· Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and compliance tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
