HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented individual, capable of building strong teams and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution

• Conduct performance reviews and support managers with appraisal processes

• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices (e.g., labor law, ESI, PF, etc.)

• Maintain and regularly update employee records

• Plan and conduct training and development programs

• Monitor employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies

• Maintain a healthy and productive work environment

• Support organizational change and growth

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years)

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in HR

• Experience in [Industry Type, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, etc.]

• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRMS
