We are seeking a skilled HR and Banking Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with traveling locally and outstation, and be capable of coordinating with banks and engaging effectively with bank. This role demands a versatile professional who can efficiently manage HR operations while also handling key banking and financial interactions.
· Ability to travel both locally and outstation as per business needs.
· Capable of handling bank interactions and coordinating with external dealers.
· Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
· Proficiency in MS Office, HR documentation, HR tools is an advantage.
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the bank branch and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated customer issues.
