HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.

• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit formalities.

• Manage attendance and leave records.

• Support performance appraisal processes.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal standards.

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.

• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

Payroll Management:

• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.

• Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, and deductions in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, etc.).

• Liaise with finance and external vendors for payroll disbursement.

• Generate payslips and relevant payroll reports.

• Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
