Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR cum Admission Counselor to join our team at Dream MBBS Study Abroad LLP. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience in human resources and admissions counseling, ensuring seamless support in both recruitment and student admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Human Resources:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the organization.

• Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Handle employee engagement activities and performance management.

• Admissions Counseling:

• Provide guidance and support to students regarding MBBS admissions to universities abroad.

• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents to help them understand admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with university representatives to ensure smooth admissions.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of student applications and follow-up with prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and admissions counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of international admissions processes is a plus.
