3. Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
4. Organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
5. Ensuring accurate and timely calculation of statutory payments, such as PF, ESIC
6. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with Store Managers and Regional Managers.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR-related matters.
8. Providing timely support and resolution for employee HR queries and concerns.
