Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team at GRP Career Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment across both IT and non-IT profiles, from junior to senior-level positions. In addition to recruitment experience, the candidate should be skilled in HR operations.
As an HR Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and handling key HR operational functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles at various levels (junior to senior).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
Evaluate candidates' suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Ensure timely closure of open positions by meeting recruitment deadlines.
HR Operations:
Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records (personal, professional, and attendance).
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in salary negotiation and offer letter preparation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with internal teams and candidates.
Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.
Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and report key recruitment metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Time to Hire:
Measure the time taken from the job requisition to offer acceptance. Goal: Maintain a short hiring cycle and fast turnaround times.
Quality of Hire:
Monitor the performance and retention of candidates placed in roles. Goal: Ensure candidates placed are of high quality and perform well in their roles.
Candidate Satisfaction:
Survey candidate experience post-hire to assess the satisfaction level. Goal: Maintain high candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Acceptance Rate:
Track the percentage of offers accepted by candidates. Goal: Aim for a high offer acceptance rate by presenting attractive packages and creating a positive experience.
Cost Per Hire:
Monitor the total cost involved in hiring for each role. Goal: Ensure recruitment efforts are cost-effective without compromising on quality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with expertise in recruiting for IT and non-IT profiles.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to join immediately is preferred.
