Must be strong in End - End Recruitment (IT & Non IT)

Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration

Ability to develop and maintain HR policies

Experience in managing employee benefits and resolving employee issues

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Having Experience in Payroll Management is a extra plus
