Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys mission and values.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee promotions and rewards.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and assist in strategic workforce planning.
Ensure proper administration of employee benefits, leave policies, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Lead employee training programs and initiatives to foster growth and professional development.
Stay updated with changes in HR practices, labor laws, and statutory regulations, and ensure the company remains compliant.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in the HR field, preferably as an HR Manager.
Skills:
