📝 About the Role:

Style Feathers (Sylvi) is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and operations. If you’re passionate about creating strong teams, driving culture, and building efficient HR systems, this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & structured 20-day induction.

• Design and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and 120° performance review systems.

• Handle grievance redressal, engagement programs, and team bonding.

• Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.

• Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and attrition analysis.

• Work cross-functionally with CRM, QC, Inventory & Ops departments.

🧠 Skills & Tools:

• Core Skills: Talent Acquisition, Policy Making, PMS, Documentation, Labour Compliance

• Preferred Tool: ✅ Superworks (HRMS)

• Also familiar with: ClickUp, Zoho, Keka, Excel, Pagarbook

Languages : English, Hindi, Gujarati

🎓 Qualifications :

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role

• Must be available to join immediately
