HR Officer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Placement Officer to lead our placement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing placement strategies, building relationships with employers, and placing students in internships and full-time jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute placement strategies to meet or exceed placement targets.

2. Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni.

3. Identify job opportunities and create job postings to match student skills.

4. Screen and shortlist candidates for job openings.

5. Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and interviews.

6. Provide career guidance and counseling to students.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with faculty members to understand curriculum requirements.

8. Analyze placement data and provide insights to improve placement outcomes.

9. Collaborate with other departments to promote placement services.

10. Ensure compliance with placement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
