We are looking for a highly skilled HR Operations Consultant to support our HR team in delivering
CHRO services, specifically in policy preparation, implementation, and performance management
frameworks. This role will involve developing customized HR policies that align with company needs,
executing HR initiatives, and setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas
(KRAs) to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
background in strategic HR operations and policy design.
