Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2.Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
3.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
4.Handle employee queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve organizational effectiveness.
6.Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee welfare initiatives.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a KPO or similar environment.
3.Experience working in a US shift is highly preferred.
4.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
