HR Operations

• Coordinate and process payroll payments for employees on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy in calculations and deductions.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.

• Verify and maintain payroll records, including bonuses, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.

• Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies regarding payroll and payments.

• Assist with preparing and filing tax-related reports and documents.

• Support the payroll team with month-end closing processes and related reporting.

• Perform audits on payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Provide reports to management regarding payroll expenses, trends, and forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in payroll processing, payment coordination, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).

• Understanding of labor laws and payroll tax compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
