Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting 25+ clients in the IT and Non-IT sectors. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. ● Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets. ● Invoicing Management: Oversee the invoicing process and ensure timely payments from clients. ● Operations Management: Handle day-to-day operations related to recruitment services and ensure smooth workflow. ● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve individual and team goals. ● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications: ● MBA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. ● Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry. ● Strong understanding of the recruitment process in both IT and Non-IT sectors. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. ● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
