HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in [ bpo].

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
