HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create job descriptions accordingly.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, shortlisting candidates as per job fitment.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments.

• Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates to hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and documentation.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.

• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing tools.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws is a plus.
