HR Recruiter

Role: HR Recruiter / Fulltime
Experience: 3-7 Years
shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6days (Mon - Sat)

Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, Interview schedule, candidate follow-up till joining.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Managing a high volume of positions.
Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

Preferred:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of recruitment experience in manufacturing & engineering domain is a plus.
Deep understanding of the tech industry and technical skillsets.
Strong experience with C2H and permanent staffing.
