HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Hiring Needs

   • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements.

   • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

2. Sourcing Candidates

   • Use job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and employee referrals to source candidates.

   • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

3. Screening and Shortlisting

   • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls.

   • Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

4. Conducting Interviews

   • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

   • Conduct HR rounds to assess cultural fit, salary expectations, and career goals.

5. Managing the Hiring Process

   • Coordinate the entire recruitment process from initial contact to final selection.

   • Ensure timely feedback and follow-up with candidates.

6. Offer Management & Negotiation

   • Extend job offers and negotiate salary, benefits, and joining dates.

   • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding formalities.

7. Employer Branding

   • Promote the company as an attractive employer on job portals and social media.

   • Engage in networking and recruitment marketing activities.

8. Data Management & Reporting

   • Maintain records of candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

   • Provide recruitment reports and analytics to management.

9. Ensuring Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in hiring processes.

   • Handle confidential candidate and company information responsibly.

10. Onboarding Support

• Assist new hires in the onboarding process.

• Facilitate orientation programs and initial training sessions.
