We are seeking an HR Executive specializing in talent acquisition to play a pivotal role in hiring and onboarding top talent for various departments, including Back Office, Engineering, Vendor Development, Production, Accounts, Business Development, and Operations Trainees.

Job Description:
As an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and onboard high-caliber professionals who align with our company’s values and objectives. You will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and create a seamless hiring experience across diverse roles.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the requirements of different departments, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Job Posting & Sourcing:
Create and publish job descriptions for positions across Back Office, Engineering, Vendor Development, Production, Accounts, Business Development, and Operations Trainees.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screening & Selection:
Review resumes, conduct preliminary screenings, and shortlist candidates for technical and managerial interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with department heads and other stakeholders.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Communicate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Employer Branding:
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Collaboration with Departments:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics for effective recruitment.
Provide timely updates and insights into recruitment progress and challenges.
Recruitment Metrics:
Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to improve hiring efficiency.
Compliance:
Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Database Management:
Maintain a database of resumes and candidate records for future reference and pipeline creation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a technical or manufacturing/robotics environment.
Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles across technical and non-technical domains.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in hiring for engineering, production, and technical roles.
Knowledge of robotics, automation, or related industries.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
