Position: - Executive – Recruiter (Field Recruitment - Blue Collar Hiring)
Job Role:
· Partnering with the Stake holders to determine the CP month on month.
· Sourcing and screening the candidates for the required Bikers/ Van CEE (Delivery CEE).
· Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including Personality, Appearance, Communication, and customer focus skills.
· Scheduling and performing to close the interview loops with the panel.
· Working with respective HRBPs for induction planning and On-boarding Formalities.
· Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
· Following training calendar and sharing nominations on prior as per the schedule
· Follow up with the selected candidates till training handover.
· Monitoring the training dropouts and controlling the training attritions.
· Involving Field activities and other promotional activities.
· Maintaining Walk in Tracker, Joining tracker Report.
· Coordinating with Vendors for Biker hiring.
· Initiating another mode of hiring verticals.
· Generating Referrals from the employees cutting down the CPH.
Preferred:
· Good communication Command the local language and English.
· Networking and relationship-building skills
· Experience in Field Recruitment/Blue Collar Job Hiring would be a plus
