Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs

• Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication throughout

• Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment dashboards

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

• Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards and social media

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

• A team player with a passion for people and hiring

• Prior experience in Ed-Tech or startup hiring is a plus!
