🔹 Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from JD analysis to candidate onboarding

🔹 Source top talent via portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals & more

🔹 Conduct screening interviews and assess both skill fit & culture fit

🔹 Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback & updates

🔹 Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current & future mandates

🔹 Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

🔹 Manage and update trackers, reports & dashboards regularly

✔️ 1-2 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy/agency setup
