Screening the CVs of the candidates as per the client’srequirement.

Use Naukri Boolean search for the searching of new CVs based on the requirement.

Communicate with the clients regarding the shortlisted candidates to scheduling the interview via

online through the Google meet, and sending them a calendar invite.

Follow ups with the clients on the active positionsin a professional way.

End-to-End recruitment of the candidates to entire recruitment process from starting to till joining.

Sent Quotation & Invoice to Clients and payment follow up

Having dept experience about the Naukri, Job posting, Mass Mailing.

Communicate with clientsregarding scheduling of interviews of candidates via online (through

Google meet, by sending them calendar invite) and offline mode and follow ups with both the

clients and candidates.

Communicate with candidates through application process, and update their interview’s status.

Track daily activities of all clients and candidates
