Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The
primary responsibility of this role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to
attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media,
referrals, and networking).
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and
interview feedback.
Candidate Engagement and Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding and Documentation:
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Ensure all employee records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Provide regular recruitment status reports and analytics.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or HR Recruiter.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting.
• Experience in handling bulk hiring (if applicable).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in HR management or recruitment is a plus.
• Experience with recruitment in specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is
advantageous.
