Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team! As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various job roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
· Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
· Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
· Maintain and update the recruitment database.
· Work on employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
· Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a seamless joining process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
· Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate offers with candidates.
