Job Title: Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring (Logistics/Warehousing/Delivery)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter who has at least 1 year of experience in hiring for logistics, operations, warehousing, last-mile delivery, packing, loading, unloading, or other blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the nuances of volume hiring, sourcing through various channels, and onboarding candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for roles in logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, packing, loading/unloading, and similar operations.

• Source candidates through field sourcing, job portals, references, and local networks.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, drive walk-ins, and manage bulk hiring drives.

• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process of selected candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and operation heads to understand workforce needs.

• Maintain hiring dashboards and ensure recruitment targets are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in logistics, operations, warehousing, delivery, or mobility sectors.

• Strong network and sourcing knowledge for hiring delivery executives, warehouse workers, loaders/unloaders, etc.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is a plus.

Location:
The role is based in Bengaluru and may require travel to hiring locations, warehouses, or delivery hubs within the city.

Salary: As per industry standards
