HR Recruiter

Job Purpose:

To support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for blue-collar and mid-level roles. The recruiter must be fluent in Hindi to effectively communicate with candidates from North and Central India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, field visits, referrals, and social media.

• Conduct initial screening calls in Hindi to assess suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.

• Maintain candidate databases and update trackers regularly.

• Explain job roles, salary structures, and company policies clearly in Hindi.

• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.

• Maintain strong relationships with field agents, ITIs, and training institutes.

• Ensure weekly/monthly recruitment targets are met.
