Job Title: Bulk Hiring Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment drives, ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates efficiently while coordinating with stakeholders to meet manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, agencies, etc.).
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in bulk hiring or mass recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
