HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).

• Understand job descriptions and align candidate profiles accordingly.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates during the entire hiring process.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Manage job postings on various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
