Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the database or job portals.

• Explain job roles and responsibilities to the candidates clearly and effectively.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regarding their availability.

• Maintain and update candidate data in internal systems.

• Coordinate with Company HR.

• Handle initial screening and basic telephonic interviews.

• Provide candidates with information about the company and job role.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using job portals.

• Fluency in English
